C:先说一说您在咱们成天泰的工作历程?

H:我是20161月份进入公司,当时企业处在积极建立电网市场的节点,企业给我们的方向主要是进一步开拓电网市场,以及加强在国网、南网方面的品牌意识。

那时我刚接手电建部,先把公司所有的资料仔细地过了一遍,在办公室足足看了一个月,并带领团队对公司的整个情况进行摸底,发现了一些问题并克服困难解决了。

当时定位就发展广州及佛山,未来的规划是几个靠近广东的区域,我们运输方面能够达到的。虽然刚开始公司对这个业务板块还比较谨慎,但在董事会的支持下,到2017年底做好了资格预审,并在2018年实现了良好的业绩。

 

 

 

C: Let's talk about your work experience in CTT Cable.

H: I entered the company in Jan 2016. At that time, the enterprise was in the node of actively establishing the power grid market. The main direction was to further develop the power grid market and strengthen the brand awareness in the State Grid and the South grid. At that time, I just took over this department. First, I went through all the company's materials carefully. By spending a full month in the office, and led the team to find out the whole situation of the company. There were some problems and we cooperated with different departments to solve them. Guangzhou and Foshan were our main target markets. The future planning is several regions that are close to Guangdong, which we are more competitive in terms of transportation distance. Although the company is still cautious about this business segment in the beginning, with the support of the board of directors, it has done a good job in prequalification by the end of 2017 and achieved a good performance in 2018. 

 

C:您觉得刚接手部门和现在相比有什么差别?

H:我们当时是开拓新的业务板块,在认知和工作方式上会有所不同,需要和各方面多沟通,比如说生产过程一定要有可追溯性的东西,以前可能就是口头,但这需要磨合和坚持。我们一边学习提升,加深对企业的认知,工作能力也逐步提升,一边通过部门找到企业的短板,和各个部门的同事协同合作完善,例如新建立的商务部从事标书工作。

 

C: Can you talk able how the department has developed since you took over it?

H: At that time, we were exploring new business segments, which would be different in cognition and working methods. Therefore , we did a lot of communicate with different departments. At the same time, we learn to improve, deepen our understanding of the enterprise, and gradually improve our working ability. At the same time, we find the short board of the enterprise through the Department, and cooperate with colleagues in various departments to improve, for example, the newly established business department is engaged in bidding work.

 

C:您认为公司在市场竞争中的优势和劣势都有哪些?

H:每个企业的定位不同,要有自己的市场发力点,做好自己的事。我们企业的竞争优势:首先交货速度快,一般产品7-8天交货期,特种电缆不超过20天;二是高质量产品,我们严格按照国家标准进行设计、制造和检查产品,在市场上也没有出现质量事故;三是资金实力强,我们公司成立了三十几年,是经过市场沉淀的,也有充足的企业资金发展。

劣势:一是市场占有率,这个需要时间来逐步完成;二是10kV的生产能力不足;三是公司精益管理的细节化,从而做到合理控制成本。

 

C: What do you think are the advantages of the company in the market competition? And what can the company do better in the future?

H: Each enterprise's position is different. It should have its own market power points. First of all, we have short delivery times. Usually the general products take 7-8 days, and that of special cables is no more than 20 days; secondly, high-quality products, we design, manufacture and inspect products in strict accordance with national standards; third, we have strong capital strength. Our company has been established for more than 30 years, which is precipitated by the market, and there is sufficient Corporate capital development.

However, what we can do in the future is to increase market share, which needs time to be completed gradually; secondly, we need to increase the 10kV production capacity in order to meet the markets needs; third, we are working hard to implement six sigma and lean production system to achieve lower waste level, end-to-end circle and cost effective.

 

C:当前疫情的影响下,请问怎么更好利用这段时间?

H:机遇与困难是并存的,疫情发生后,无论是国内基建,还是外贸都减弱了,但我国的整体形势还是积极健康的,要利用好这段时间做好规划、找好发力目标。

 

对我们部门来说,一是要自我学习,夯实自己的能力基础,把我们的电网系统和国网系统,以及招投标等提升一个台阶;二是做好部门整体的发展规划,细化目标市场,一旦疫情结束,我们就能有针对性去突破和攻克目标市场;三是做好团队的建设,一方面引进适合的人才,另一方面加强内部培训,把我们的知识、经验传授给他们

 

 

 

C: Under the influence of the current epidemic situation, how can you and your team make better use of this period of time?

H: Well, opportunities and difficulties always coexist. After the outbreak, both domestic infrastructure and foreign trade have weakened. However, the overall situation in China is still positive and healthy. We are setting up new plans and be ready when the time comes.

For our department, first, we are learning from ourselves, lay a solid foundation for our ability, and upgrade our power grid system, state grid system, and bidding; second, we should do a good job in the overall development plan of the Department, refine the target market, and once the epidemic is over, we can make targeted breakthroughs and conquer the target market; third, we should do a good job in team building, on the one hand, we should introduce appropriate On the other hand, we should strengthen internal training and impart our knowledge and experience to them.

 

C:您对自己的职业生涯规划是什么?

H:一定要先让自己值钱,然后才能自己赚钱。首先对自己的定位要清楚,我们选择了电网行业,那么未来5年、10年甚至更长时间,除了要脚踏实地,实实在在的做事,更要逐步的提升发展自己,让同事、同行能认可我的能力,尤其作为管理者,更要带领团队创造价值。

 

C: What are your career plans?

H: i always believe in one saying You must make yourself valuable before you can make money. First of all, I am very clear about my positioning. I chose the power grid industry, and in the next five years, 10 years or even longer, I should not only be down-to-earth and practical, but also gradually improve and develop myself, so that my colleagues and peers can recognize my ability. Especially as a manager, leading the team to create values is one of the most important thing in my career.

 

C:电缆行业较偏门,对希望进入这个行业的年轻人,您有什么想说的吗?

H9000后的年轻人对工作的态度认知,还有对收入的态度认知,和我们那时候七八十年代不一样,他们要赚钱也赚的开心,思想上更自由、多元化,而电缆行业属于半重工业的行业,需要作出一些改变留住人才,一是做好企业培训,让员工有发展提升的空间;二是制定在同行业具有竞争力的薪酬制度和考核体制,完善企业规章制度,控制运营成本,提高产能效率。

 

C: Cable industry is fairly partial. What would you say to the young generation who want to enter this industry?

H: The post-90s and Post-00 young people's attitude towards work and income is different from that of the 1970s and 1980s. They value comfortable working environment and friendly colleague very much. They are more free and diversified in thinking. The cable industry belongs to the semi heavy industry, so we need to make some changes to retain talents. First, we need to do a good job in enterprise training, so that new employees have room for development and upgrading; second It is important to formulate competitive salary system and assessment system in the same industry, at the same time, improve enterprise rules and regulations, control operation cost and improve productivity efficiency.
