Scope of application:

Product characteristics

This product is suitable for power transmission in power lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below.  Since the cable insulation materials are all made of inorganic materials, the materials themselves will not cause fire and cannot burn or support combustion. Since the melting point of copper is 1083℃, the cable can continue to maintain power supply in case of fire near the melting point of copper, which is a real fire-proof cable.  And can pass BS 6387 C, w and z tests.
 
It is mostly used in many occasions with flame retardant requirements for cables, such as high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, nuclear power plants, power plants, ores, petroleum, chemical industry, etc.
● High current carrying capacity and waterproof
 
● Explosion-proof characteristics: since the copper sheath used for mineral insulated cables is seamless copper tube, flammable gas, oil vapor and flame cannot reach the electrical equipment connected with the cables, thus the cables have explosion-proof characteristics.
 
● Corrosion resistance: since copper has good corrosion resistance, no additional protection is required under normal use environment. Under special environmental conditions, such as environment with strong corrosion effect on copper, a layer of PVC outer sheath is added outside the cable, so the cable has good corrosion resistance.
 
● Mechanical damage resistance, long service life, halogen-free and nontoxic
 
● Long service life: since all materials used in cables are inorganic materials, they will not age.    
 
● Halogen-free and non-toxic: since cables are all composed of inorganic substances, they will not generate smoke, halogen and toxic gas even if burned at 1000℃, which is a truly halogen-free and non-toxic cable.
 
● Overload-resistant, copper sheath can be used as grounding wire product structure BBTRZ fireproof cable is composed of copper stranded wire, mineral compound filled wrapping and low-smoke halogen-free sheath
 

Product implementation standards:

● The fire resistance of YTTW fire-proof cable meets the requirements of BS6387
● The flame retardant property of YTTW fire-proof cable conforms to GB/T12666 flame retardant standard
 
● Fireproof cable YTTW shall be able to withstand 3.5minKV AC voltage test without breakdown for 5 minutes
 
● In addition to the above characteristics, its induced energy shall conform to GB/T12706.1-2002 standard

Delivery length transport
● Cables weighing less than 80kg are allowed to be delivered in loops. Each finished cable must be no less than 100m long or delivered by any length agreed by both parties.
 
● Allow delivery of any length according to the agreement
● The cable must be securely fastened during transportation to avoid damage to the cable or the disc caused by collision or overturning.
 
● Prevent serious bending and other mechanical damage to the cable tray.
 
● It is strictly forbidden to drop the cable tray with cables from the height during transportation.
 
● Cable hoisting uses special lifting equipment. It is strictly forbidden to lift the cable or directly drive the cable from high altitude.
Length error Storage

● The length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%

● The finished cable should be stored in an environment with a temperature between 0 and 40 ° C and a humidity of 85% or less. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or rain. Use proper ventilation to keep the environment dry.

package Installation instructions
● The coiled or formed cable should be wound up neatly and properly packaged. Cable reels shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 8137-1999.
 
● The cable end should be reliably sealed. The cable end protruding from the outside of the disk should be covered with a protective cover. The extension length is less than 300mm.
 
● The cable package should bear a label indicating:
 
a) Manufacturer's name and trademark
 
b) Cable type and specifications
 
c) rated voltage
 
d) length (m)
 
e) Weight (Kg)
 
f) date of manufacture
 
g) Standard number or certification mark
 
h) Symbol of the correct rotation direction of the cable reel
● When installing, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 °C. If the temperature of the thermometer test environment is lower than 0 °C, the cable should be pre-heat treated before being installed.
 
● The bending radius during cable laying should be strictly controlled to avoid mechanical damage inside the cable.
 
● If a quality accident occurs in the cable laying process (such as damage to the outer sheath), it should be repaired immediately or notified to the after-sales service department of the company.
