Pre-branch cable consists of four parts: 1. Main cable;  2. Branch lines;  3 branch joints: 4 related accessories, with three types: common type, flame retardant type (ZR) and flame retardant type (NH).
 
Pre-branch cable is a substitute for bus duct power supply in high-rise buildings. It has the advantages of reliable power supply, convenient installation, good waterproof, small construction area, low failure rate, low price, maintenance-free, etc. It is suitable for distribution lines with rated AC voltage of 0.6/1 kV.
 
Main advantages
 
The power distribution cost can be obviously reduced
 
(1) Compared with the closed bus duct, it is cheaper to reduce the construction cost, and has high economic index, obvious comprehensive benefits, complete specifications, flexible selection and arbitrary combination.
 
(2) the branch head can arbitrarily set the branch position according to the needs of the distribution points of the distribution system
 
The installation environment requirement is low, and the construction is simple and convenient.
 
(1) The occupied building area is small, and there is no requirement on the space size of civil engineering.
 
(2) simple laying, convenient installation and low requirements on the use environment, and can be directly laid in cable trenches, special cable shafts in buildings or in different cable bridges with low installation precision
 
(3) Compared with the closed bus duct, the cable has a random direction and a small bending radius, which greatly reduces the construction difficulty and reduces the space size.
 
(4) the installation labor intensity is small, the construction period is short, only one-tenth of the closed bus duct installation
 
Excellent shock resistance, air tightness, water resistance and fire resistance
 
(1) It has excellent shock resistance. Generally, the closed mechanical connection bus duct is installed in parallel based on the wall. When the wall is vibrated, the joints of the closed bus duct become loose, while the prefabricated branch cable will not be affected, especially when passing through the settlement joint of the building, no measures are required.
 
(2) good air tightness and water resistance, can operate normally in humid environment, and can also be laid in the open air and buried in the soil
 
(3) The fire-resistant prefabricated branch cable shall maintain normal power transmission operation for 90Min under the condition of combustion.
 
Maintenance free
 
(1) The one-time opening rate is high after the branch cable is installed according to the specified method.
 
(2) the normal operation of the prefabricated branch cable system, do not need to do any maintenance and repair at ordinary times
 
(3) the later accident repair is simple and the maintenance cost is extremely low
 
It is widely used for vertical power supply in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, and hospital electrical shafts, as well as power supply systems such as tunnels, airports, bridges, and highways.
Usage characteristics:
 
● Insulation resistance ≥200 MΩ;
 
● Insulation withstand voltage 3500 V/5 min without breakdown;
 
● Branch joint has good air tightness and water resistance. Insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage meet the requirements of Articles 1 and 2 respectively through immersion test.
 
● The contact resistance of the branch joint is small, and the reference ratio between the contact resistance and the branch line of equal length shall be ≤1.2;
 
● Flame retardant prefabricated branch cables conform to GB/T 12666-5 bunched wire and cable combustion test method;
 
● Fire-resistant prefabricated branch cables conform to GB/T 12666-6 Test Method for Fire Resistance of Wire and Cable;
 
● Low-smoke and low-halogen prefabricated branch cable: the minimum light transmittance in the combustion smoke density test is 40%, and the total amount of halogen acid gas in the test jacket that releases gas when the cable burns is 100 mg/g maximum
 
● Low-smoke halogen-free prefabricated branch cable: the minimum light transmittance of the combustion smoke density test is 60%, the maximum amount of halogen acid gas released from the test jacket of the gas released during cable combustion is 2.0 mg/g, the minimum PH value of the jacket is 4.3, and the maximum electrical conductivity of the jacket is 10 US/mm.
 
● Long-term allowable working temperature of cables: PVC insulation is 70℃;  Cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90℃.
 
● When the cable is short-circuited (the longest duration is not more than 5 seconds), the highest temperature of the cable: PVC insulation is 160℃;  Cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 250℃.
 
● The laying temperature of cables shall not be lower than 0℃.
Delivery length transport
● Cables weighing less than 80kg are allowed to be delivered in loops. Each finished cable must be no less than 100m long or delivered by any length agreed by both parties.
 
● Allow delivery of any length according to the agreement
● The cable must be securely fastened during transportation to avoid damage to the cable or the disc caused by collision or overturning.
 
● Prevent serious bending and other mechanical damage to the cable tray.
 
● It is strictly forbidden to drop the cable tray with cables from the height during transportation.
 
● Cable hoisting uses special lifting equipment. It is strictly forbidden to lift the cable or directly drive the cable from high altitude.
Length error Storage

● The length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%

● The finished cable should be stored in an environment with a temperature between 0 and 40 ° C and a humidity of 85% or less. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or rain. Use proper ventilation to keep the environment dry.

package Installation instructions
● The coiled or formed cable should be wound up neatly and properly packaged. Cable reels shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 8137-1999.
 
● The cable end should be reliably sealed. The cable end protruding from the outside of the disk should be covered with a protective cover. The extension length is less than 300mm.
 
● The cable package should bear a label indicating:
 
a) Manufacturer's name and trademark
 
b) Cable type and specifications
 
c) rated voltage
 
d) length (m)
 
e) Weight (Kg)
 
f) date of manufacture
 
g) Standard number or certification mark
 
h) Symbol of the correct rotation direction of the cable reel
● When installing, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 °C. If the temperature of the thermometer test environment is lower than 0 °C, the cable should be pre-heat treated before being installed.
 
● The bending radius during cable laying should be strictly controlled to avoid mechanical damage inside the cable.
 
● If a quality accident occurs in the cable laying process (such as damage to the outer sheath), it should be repaired immediately or notified to the after-sales service department of the company.
